Annual Report 2009

The Board of Directors of Solstad Offshore ASA approved in a Board meeting the 19. March 2010, the annual report and accounts for 2009. The net profit for the Group for 2009 was NOK 1.037,8 millions, which is NOK 17,9 millions lower than the preliminary result announced March 1st 2010. The changes is mainly related to changes in the tax computation.

Proposed dividends from Solstad Offshore ASA is NOK 2,50 per share for 2009, and will be proposed to be paid 21^st of May 2010.
