FINANCIAL REPORT FROM 2ND QUARTER 2009

• Operating revenue for the first six months was NOK 1,268 million compared to NOK 924 million for the same period last year.
• In the same period cash flow from operations (EBITDA) was NOK 631 million (NOK 464 million)
• Operating revenue for 2Q was NOK 702 million compared to NOK 473 million in 2008
• Cash flow from operations for 2Q was NOK 345 million (NOK 230 million)
• The division of REM is reflected in the accounts with effect from 13.04.2009.
