FINANCIAL REPORT FROM 4TH QUARTER 2009

• Operating revenue in 2009 was NOK 2,534 million
• Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) was NOK 1,197 million for the year
• Profit after tax for 2009 was NOK 1,056 million after posting NOK 460 million in other financial items and NOK 311 million in reversed tax from previous tonnage tax regime
• Revenue in the 4th quarter was NOK 564 million, compared with NOK 699 million the previous year (incl. NOK 64 in gain on disposal)
• The Board will propose a dividend of NOK 2.50 per share for 2009
