FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 3RD QUARTER 2009

• Operating revenue to date was NOK 1,970 million compared to NOK 1,510 million for the same period last year.
• Operating income for the 3rd quarter was NOK 702 million compared with NOK 586 million in 2008
• Cash flow from operations (EBITDA1) to date was NOK 994 million compared to NOK 775 million for the same period last year. EBITDA for the quarter was NOK 363 million (NOK 311 million in 2008)
• Pre-tax profit to date is NOK 1,002 million (loss of NOK 77 million in 2008)
• The market has weakened significantly the last months. This will impact the result negatively throughout the winter
