- Operating revenues for the 2nd quarter where NOK 675 mill compared to NOK 703 mill in 2009
- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for the quarter was NOK 290 mill (NOK 345 mill).
- Operating revenues for the first half year was NOK 1.231 mill compared to NOK 1.268 mill in the same period last year.
- In the same 6 months period, cash flow from operations (EBITDA) was NOK 490 mill (NOK 631 mill)
- During the 2nd quarter the company took delivery of 3 new vessels (1 CSV and 2 AHTS’s) and entered into a contract for construction of a PSV able to run on LNG
- Result after tax for 2nd quarter includes a tax expense of NOK 116 mill from a change in the transition rules for final settlement of tax related to the old tonnage tax regime
