Annual Report 2010

The Board of Directors of Solstad Offshore ASA approved in a Board meeting the 29. April 2011, the annual report and accounts for 2010.

The net profit for the Group for 2010 was NOK 14,8 mill, which is NOK 2,9 mill lower than the preliminary result announced 28. February 2011.

The change is mainly related to changes in the tax computation.
