The Company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and is subject to the laws governing Norwegian share ownership, accounts reporting, the stock exchange and stocks and shares. Solstad Offshore ASA adopts the “Norwegian recommendation for ownership and company management”, dated 21st of October 2010.
