How to become a sailor
The Company has a large training programme with around 80 men in training positions, including more than 50 apprentices. This makes us the largest maritime training institution in Norway.

In addition, we have close collaboration with the maritime schools in the area and therefore can influence the quality of the maritime education on offer. This region has several large maritime companies and there is therefore a close relationship between the schools and our industry. Anyone from this region who completes their maritime education is guaranteed an apprentice position and we hope they will have such a good impression of our company that they decide to stay!
