The health and safety of our crew is of the utmost importance and Solstad recognises that we have a duty to provide a secure working environment in order to achieve our goal of no injuries to personnel, protection of the environment and no damage to property.

Our operations are performed with the greatest emphasis on safety, quality and environmental performance. This is achieved by following our Safety and Quality Management System with detailed procedures for all standard operations. Any non-standard work is analyzed by risk assessment and potential hazards are identified and preventative measures introduced.

Solstad Offshore ASA is committed to a policy of continuous improvement, following industry “best practice”. Through internal and external audits, regular review of our systems onboard, experience transfer, near miss and follow up reports, we are committed to maintain and improve our organization.
