Contract agreement
Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has entered into a charter agreement with Veolia ES Special Services Inc., for a period of 1 year firm + 1 optional year with commencement around 1st April 2010.

The current charter party with DeepOcean AS for the hire of the CSV "Normand Flower" has been extended.

CHARTER AGREEMENTS
Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has been awarded contracts for their PSV's "Normand Vibran" and "Normand Trym" with Petrobras in Brazil. The contracts has a duration of 3 years each and will commence during 1st quarter 2010. The gross value of the contracts, based on current exchange rates, are approx NOK 270 mill. Including these contracts, Solstad Offshore ASA has 7 of their vessels working in Brazil.

Normand Subsea
The naming ceremony of Normand Subsea, the latest vessel of Solstad Offshore ASA, was successfully carried out in Stavanger on September 17th. Normand Subsea will be on chart for Subsea7 and Shell , doing IMR-tasks on the "Ormen Lange" pipeline in the North Sea.

Agreement on New build
Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has entered into an agreement with Skrog 30 AS, owned by Sparebank 1 SR Bank and GIEK, for the purchase of a large anchor handling vessel. The contract was originally placed by SOFF with Karmsund Maritime Services AS.

Agreement regarding division of Rem Offshore ASA
Solstad Offshore ASA, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Solstad Rederi AS, have today announced the agreement regarding the division of REM Offshore ASA.
