Normand Atlantic with 272 Green Operations won the quarterly competition this time. Looking at the Solstad Green Operations report we can see that Normand Atlantic's focus area has been on the main engine, like on board many of our vessels. This category has become the most popular category, maybe it is because of the immediate effect it has on the fuel consumption. Normand Atlantic has been doing many rig operations this quarter, despite the high level of safety and complexity in these operations they have managed to keep a high environmental focus on board, which is very good.

Looking through our Emission database for the previous 3 months we have a winner - the Normand Pacific. The vessel has been on a fairly strict day schedule, and have been using the SGO menu the same way, which has resulted in many SGO registrations (537), applause to you. Respectively second and third place we find Normand Atlantic and Normand Jarl with a nice score of 351 and 263. Normand Corona, Normand Vester and Normand Baltic are fighting for the title in the PSV SGO class, they had all high numbers in Q1 and it looks like they have managed to maintain pressure in Q2, which is very good. Looking at the OSV and AHTS class, we find, not unexpectedly, Normand Pacific, and Normand Atlantic. Normand Atlantic has managed to accumulate 351 Green Operations. Nor Chief (AHTS class) has for the moment a steady course and sits nicely on third place in her group, this is a very good achievement, considering that they have just started with SGO. In December we will have a closer look at the class winners, and it will be interesting to see who will be on top then.
Solstad Offshore has today taken over the ownership of the AHTS «Nor Spring» and «Nor Captain».
