CONTRACT AWARD FOR NORMAND PACIFIC
Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce to have entered into a charter agreement with Veolia ES Special Services Inc. (Veolia) for the CSV “Normand Pacific, for a period of 3 years firm plus option for a further 3 years. Commencement of the contract will be latest January 2011.

Notice of extraordinary General Meeting

Solstad enters newbuild contract for LNG vessel
Solstad Offshore ASA has entered into a contract with STX Norway Offshore AS (STX) for the construction of one Platform Supply vessel of PSV 12 LNG design. The value of the contract is approximately NOK 450 million and delivery is scheduled to November 2011.

Proposed listing of NOR Offshore Ltd. in Singapore
Nor Offshore Ltd. (NOR), a Singapore incorporated company which is 50% owned by Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF), submitted a listing application on 18 February 2010 to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) and on 21 May 2010 received the conditional eligibility-to-list letter (“ETL Letter”) from SGX-ST for the listing of NOR on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST. The ETL Letter is not an indication of the merits of the IPO, NOR, its subsidiaries, its shares and the new shares to be issued pursuant to the IPO.
