We want to encourage women onboard and arrange regular campaigns stating our equal opportunities policy. Shipping has traditionally been regarded as physical, rough and male dominated. Today, expertise is more important than physical strength. However, recruiting women is still a challenge even though there are equal career opportunities for women onboard within every area of maritime expertise.
